Last night was the big event…2012 Grammy Awards…there seemed to be a lot of themes and emotions circling througout the entire night. Between Nicki Minaj’s midly totally offensive Bishop/Church theme, to the emotions connected to the sudden passing of Pop Icon Whitney Houston.
Side Note: Doesnt it seem that as each year passes more and more stars are tragically dying at such young ages? Heath Ledger, Amy Winehouse, Britney Murphy, Michael Jackson to name a few.
Regardless, the show went on without a hitch. Jennifer Hudson delivered a beautiful tribute to the late Ms. Houston and well Nicki Minaj continued to offend with her performance which has been described as plain confusing.
Well, the always electic fashions on the red carpet did not disapoint either:
–Was any one else perplexed by this? And seriously Donatella…were you proud to put your logo right on the front of that excuse for a dress, I wouldnt even use that as a bath robe.
–I love Fergie, but man this is bad. She could have used a slip? Or Jean Paul Gaultier could’ve put in lining? Maybe? No?..definitely not, that would’ve been too main stream for the red carpet.
